1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and indo62 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by indo62.

By accessing the indo62 platform, registering a new account, making a deposit, or using any of our services, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using our platform immediately.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Use of the indo62 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the membership period.
• Not residing in a country or territory where online betting is prohibited by local law.
• Not currently listed on the self-exclusion register of any recognised betting platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the indo62 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts, with all existing balances subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — secure and confidential, and must not share them with any other individual. indo62 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

4 Deposit and Payment Methods

Indo62 supports a wide range of popular deposit methods commonly used by Malaysians. All deposits are processed securely through payment channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Indo62 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control. Please check with your provider before completing a transaction.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed full identity verification (KYC).
• No active bonus is currently pending wagering.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold (RM 50 for most methods).
• The first withdrawal must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

• Validity Period: Most bonuses have a limited validity period, typically between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bonus Betting Limit: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or per section applies. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Table games such as baccarat and roulette may only contribute 10%, while slots contribute 100%.

7 Game Rules and Outcomes

Game results recorded by the indo62 server are final and cannot be disputed. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the server records, the server records shall prevail.

• Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical or system error are void and will not be paid out.
• Indo62 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by technical issues and to refund the original wagered amount to the member's account.
• In the event of an internet connection disruption during an active game session, the game will resume from the last recorded state on the server once the connection is restored.

8 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the indo62 platform and may result in immediate account termination, freezing of all balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Use of third-party software, automated bots, or any tools designed to manipulate or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors on the platform for financial gain.
• Transferring or selling your account to another party.
• Depositing funds from unlawful sources or engaging in money laundering activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual geographic location in order to bypass restrictions.
• Abusing the bonus system in ways inconsistent with its intended purpose (bonus abuse).

9 Account Termination and Suspension

Indo62 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Self-exclusion requests made by the member themselves.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the indo62 customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member upon completion of the required verification process, provided there are no outstanding issues.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, indo62 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while conducting the necessary investigation. indo62's decision in such matters is final.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, indo62 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred during wagering activities on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties integrated with our platform.

Indo62's maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member in question within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

In short, indo62 is committed to:

12 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

Indo62 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at the company's sole discretion. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the indo62 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to terminate your account before that amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where indo62 is registered. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any legal action is taken.
